JUMPING TO CONCLUTIONS 

Hey everyone my name is Will Schmidt. If you are reading this I'm sorry. I'm just kidding. This week I would like to talk about people jumping to conclusions about others. You may not know this, but I'm a juggalo. In other words I am a huge supporter of the band Insane Clown Posse. The band consist of two members, Violent Jay and Shaggy To Dope. The FBI has unfairly classified the juggalos as a gang due to the actions of a few crazy and sick individuals. Be cause of this people who work hard and make an honest living are treated poorly. For instance, if a juggalo was stopped for a simple thing such as a burnt out tail light, and the officer who stopped them see anything that supports the band such as a hatchet man tattoo, or a chain with the hatchet man on it, they can arrest us just for being associated with the group. If any of you have heard ICP's music then you know they have no problem singing about chopping somebody up into little bits with a chainsaw, or torturing sexual predators, but just because this is what they rap about doesn't mean that this is what they are saying that they approve of. Due to their outlandish lyrics and clown face paint, people jump to the conclusion that they mean what they rap about. If anybody took the time to actually look up the band they would find out that both Violent Jay and Shaggy have made huge donations to multiple charity's and both of them have bought their moms brand new houses. The only message they want to get across is that family is the most important thing in life, and that God is real. They may not say it much in their songs, but the message is there none the less. That is why if you ask a juggalo what being a juggalo means nine times out of ten they will answer, "Family". Juggalo's view each other as family. We could find a fellow juggalo or juggalette, a female juggalo, and immediately treat them like we've known each other for a long time. If they need help, we would try and help them with what ever we could afford. The fact that the FBI would label juggalos as a gang is just outrageous. There are juggalos that are doctors, lawyers, teachers all different job types that contribute to society in a huge way. I'd like to close with just this, don't judge a book by its cover.
